Installed kissdx from http://www.vidartysse.net/kissdx/

Installed libdvdread-dev, libjpeg62-dev

% sudo apt-get install libdvdread-dev
% sudo apt-get install libjpeg62-dev

Now I removed the -liconv in the Makefile as the ReadMe told me and installed it under /opt with

% sudo make
% sudo make DESTDIR=/opt install
