Installing lirc_imon module

Checking what type of vfd I have, it seems to be the iMon PAD: 

 lsusb
 Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000  
 Bus 001 Device 002: ID 046d:c504 Logitech, Inc. Cordless Mouse+Keyboard Receiver
 Bus 001 Device 003: ID 15c2:ffdc SoundGraph Inc. iMON PAD Remote Controller
 Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
  1. Downloading lirc-0.8.2.tar.bz2 from http://lirc.org/ Documentation can be found on http://lirc.org/html/index.html
  2. Extract and start the setup.sh to select driver 
 bunzip2 lirc-0.8.2.tar.bz2
 tar xvf lirc-0.8.2.tar
 cd lirc-0.8.2
 ./setup.sh
  1. Selecting
    1. 1. Driver configuration
    2. 8. USB devices
    3. k. Soundgraph iMON PAD IR/VFD (I here noted that the Soundgraph iMON Knob was listed...)
    4. 3. Save configuration & run configure
  2. Compile and install 
 make
 sudo make install
